Conference Leadership Workshop
This workshop is designed for all Vincentian Servant Leaders, whether recently elected, or more experienced. We’ll discuss:
- Servant Leadership in the Gospels and Our Rule
- Succession Planning
- Governance: the Rule, By-Laws, and Conference Guidelines
- Vincentian Discernment & Consensus Decision-making
This will also be an opportunity to meet and talk with your fellow Vincentian leaders.
Please note a light breakfast and coffee will be provided for attendees.
