This workshop is designed for all Conference Presidents and Vice- Presidents, whether recently elected, or more experienced. We’ll discuss topics like:
- Servant Leadership
- Recruiting Members
- Succession Planning
- Fundraising
- And much more…
This will also be an opportunity to meet and talk with your fellow Vincentian leaders, exchange best practices, and we will have a panel of experienced leaders for you to ask questions of for added support in your roles.
Please note a light breakfast and coffee will be provided for attendees.
